Currently most insurances do not cover the cost of ketamine infusions. However, we can provide you with a superbill once you are completed with your infusions and you can submit this to your insurance company. A small percentage of patients have been able to receive some reimbursement. We make no promise of reimbursement and do not process any insurance claims for you.
